NICO’S STORY
Having lived in Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Washington D.C., Guatemala City, Rome, and Frankfurt, I have been fortunate to immerse myself in diverse cultural, societal, and architectural environments. These experiences have fostered a deep passion for linguistics, international business, and, above all, design.
I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami, a Master of Science in Management from Georgetown University, and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
This interdisciplinary academic foundation enables me to contribute meaningfully to every stage of a development project, from initial design and construction to marketing, management, or even the eventual sale of the asset. My international perspective allows me to recognize the nuances of different markets, address varied community needs, and anticipate the broader implications of introducing a new project into any given location.
