For this professional project, I was entrusted to design a master plan for a campground in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Using the existing property dimensions and North Carolina building codes, the new campground will cater to those interested in glamp-style accommodations, with amenities such as hot tubs, hammocks, and full outdoor luxury kitchens. The 45 acre property will house various accommodation types, ranging from camper-van parking spots and platforms with various sized tents, to a bunkhouse and converted existing residence into a boutique hotel.
